Administrative Job requiring a multitude of Administrative task such as:
- Assistant to the President and other family members
- Perform data entry, accounts payables, file management, manage insurance policies and company benefits, office management duties, property manager duties, mail management, keep corp. minutes, assist with Advalorem Taxes
- Answers Company Telephone
- assist with O&G land dept. duties for the Company's
- Perform other duties as required
IT knowledge preferred but not required. Other computer skills required such as MS Word, Acrobat, Excel, etc...
