Our Clients contract us to handle Extreme Title Issues, Difficult Landowner Negotiations, Surface Locations, Title Opinion Development/Analysis/Review, A&D Due Diligence, BIA issues, BLM Issues, and many other matters, where other Contractors have failed or proved unsuccessful.

We have several Opportunities coming up requiring extremely talented/skilled/experienced Field Landmen, holding no less than Fifteen (15) years of "SOLID" FIELD Experience, and we do require AAPL Membership, in good standing, but we do not require CPL | RPL | RL certifications. Please "Note" that these are not positions for In-house oriented Landmen. Limited Travel possible.

Own operate under a current Corporate Structure (Corporation/Limited Liability Company/ Partnership), in good Standing.

Be an active AAPL Member, in good Standing.

Maintain a Worker's Compensation Insurance Policy

Maintain an Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy

Have no less than a minimum of fifteen (15) years FIELD Experience, performing ALL types of Field Land Functions.

Areas of Activity - Mid-Continent & Rockies

Most assignments are considered Remote Projects, whereas you may work from your Home or Office, but... many-times, Clients will require limited Travel to certain locations. Standard Per-diem expenses will be paid when Traveling is required.
