Salem Land is currently recruiting quality contracted in-house landman for work in the Woodlands/Houston area. You must be well versed in all land and right-of-way disciplines for field and office based projects: land and right-of-way acquisition & negotiations, in-house experience, Marcellus Shale experience a plus, computer literate, unitization/pooling to form units of acquired minerals, interacting with state agencies for permits and approvals, interacting with partners, title, and must be local, no per diem.
