Job Description:
LandWorks, Inc. is seeking a motivated Land Record Analyst-Team Lead to complete major Land projects. Will lead a team of 2 – 4 Analysts in reading files and understanding land agreements as they are digitized into our proprietary software for tracking.

Requirements:
4 year degree from an accredited university with a basic understanding of Land concepts, terms and practices is preferable
2 year Associates degree will be considered
Skills Test to gauge data entry speed and accuracy will be required
Will also take an aptitude test to gauge compatibility with the role
Knowledge of land agreements and the ability to interpret land from a digital format.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in specific tasks and projects, meet tight deadlines and produce accurate results.

Physical Demands / Environmental Exposure:
• Prolonged sitting for extended periods of time, and use of computer monitors, keyboard and mouse
• Frequent stooping, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying of items up to 21 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
• Frequent sorting, filing, shelving and handling of documents, books, files, file drawers and related materials and equipment required for clerical operations.
• Work is performed indoors in a normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature, air conditions and noise levels.
