Description
1. Manage land files (leases, amendments, contracts, ROW’s);
a. Create physical files
b. Scan documents
c. Upload to management systems
2. Create & manage Leasehold Schedules & Summary Sheets
3. Maintain rental/payment obligations reports;
4. Assist Company Landman in various projects and tasks;
5. Review and process title transfers;
6. General Lessor inquiries and mailers;
7. Assist in company acquisitions and divestitures;
8. Mapping.
