SUMMARY

SilverTip Energy is seeking a skilled and dependable contract land technician who also has lease analyst experience. This unique role is fast-paced and requires an applicant who can accomplish a variety of land technician, lease analyst, and sometimes office and executive administrative related tasks. The applicant must be based out of San Antonio.

• Start Date: Immediately.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical and administrative support to Land Managers and Landmen

• Ensure the organization and management of company records associated with leases, contract agreements, drilling and division order title opinions and other land-related documents

• Maintain key document filing systems and various company spreadsheets

• Manage day-to-day operations and workflow of San Antonio office

• Organize meetings, developing agendas and meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed

• Prioritize and coordinate complex calendars and make travel arrangements as needed

• Coordinate special projects as needed


MANDATORY REQUIRMENTS

• Must be located or in very close proximity to San Antonio

• Maintain confidentiality and dealing with information that is highly sensitive

• Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Leases, Title, Lease Purchase Reports, courthouse and abstract office records and all other land related documents

• Is able to work independently, as well as with internal and external teams

• Can quickly adapt to changing business needs and requests

• Proficiency in GSuite products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Efficiently execute other duties as assigned


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)

• Experience with multiple aspects of oil and gas land work
