Midsize brokerage located in Central Oklahoma seeking field landmen for title. Willing to train but experience is a plus!
-Must be willing to travel, prospects are located in Mid Continent and Permian Basin
-Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel and Word. All OR's are typed in Excel, including runsheets.
-Title background, skilled in mineral & HBP title with ability to create WI & NRI
-Proficient in due diligence/curative and ability to create affidavits, QCD's, stipulations, etc.
-Understanding of Oklahoma Corporation Commission and/or Texas Railroad Commission.
-AAPL member, certification is a plus
