Local West Virginia Due Diligence Landmen - The candidates will need a solid foundation in Surface, Mineral, and Working Interest acquisition diligence, with a strong emphasis on running mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, and a comprehensive understanding of surface title, state and federal restrictions, WV, PA, OH and other regulatory implications. $375/day.
