What we are looking for:

The mineral acquisition agent is responsible for contacting, negotiating, drafting documents and signing mineral owners. Potomac is looking for a full-time employee, who is able to be in our office 40+ hours per week.

Day to Day:

You will serve as the face and voice of Potomac Mineral Group in your interactions with mineral owners. You will work with management and team in areas of research, team calls and mineral evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Contact provided mineral owners via phone, mail, email and face to face with the end goal of closing the deal on the subject mineral interests
• Utilize the provided tools to stay organized and on top of each deal you are working
• Draft and present agreements to interested sellers
• Research the mineral history and current liens when necessary

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• AAPL Member
