We are seeking independent Mineral and HBP Title Landmen to join our team for current and upcoming projects in the Permian Basin of Texas and SE New Mexico. Preference will be given to applicants local to Midland, TX.

Responsibilities:

Researching ownership of minerals and mineral leasehold properties for the purposes of acquiring Working Interest, ORRI, Minerals, Royalties, etc.

Timely reporting on our standard ownership report template.

Reporting to broker and providing frequent project status updates.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience running complex mineral AND leasehold title, preferably in the Permian Basin.

Familiarity with oil and gas leases, conveyances and contracts, as well as the terms/provisions commonly contained therein.

Familiarity with the Texas RRC and New Mexico OCD websites and online databases, and the ability to timely locate production, proration and completion information to assist in your research.
