Description
Transglobal Services, LLC. has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager on our Land Acquisition team. This critical role includes the following key responsibilities:
-Provides project manager oversight and expertise to land projects in terms of time, resources, and cost
-Interprets, negotiates, and prepares various contracts
-Collaborates with title and land administration to obtain applicable records, such as title information
-Provides input and expertise in preparation of various contracts
-Participates in due diligence and business development opportunities as a subject matter expert
Requirements:
Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)
PMP Certification or equivalent (strongly preferred)
3+ years experience in a project managment or Landman role
