Transglobal Services, LLC has an immediate need for a Title Supervisor. The Title Supervisor is accountable for the overall life of title projects. The position ensures title projects are delegated to the necessary Title Agents, timelines are adhered to, and provides feedback and support to title personnel. Through effective leadership, this critical role focuses on driving production, accuracy, and timeliness of title related projects.

DUTIES:
-Acclimates new Title Agents to TGS's standard processes, procedures, and templates
-Delegates assignments to Title Agents
-Tracks the progress of working projects
-Reviews and audits work of Title Agents when necessary
-Assists in resolving any issues that arise
-Provides Title Manager with project progress reports
-Partners with Project Managers to understand scope of new projects
-Ensures deadlines are met
-Ensures regular, consistent communication takes place

REQUIREMENTS:
-5-7 years of title experience
-2+ years' experience in oil/gas, energy, land industries strongly preferred
-Experience supervising a staff of 5 or more people
-Analytical ability to perform tasks that are varied and require concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
-High organization and prioritization skills
-Excellent verbal and verbal communication skills
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and deed plotting software
