 In charge of a second acquisition. Locating and mapping out wells, obtaining leases and compiling a spreadsheet of parcels that need run, ordering by lease expiration. In charge of assigning title, answering questions and assisting abstractors in completing title.

 Ran Title work in multiple Ohio Counties and some WV title work.
 Team Lead position was obtained after 2 weeks of employment, then acting Team Lead/Crew Chief for multiple projects. Emailing daily reports to Upper Management that included progress of title examiners and progress of specific projects.
 Training new staff with varying levels of experience on title work specific to projects, billing procedures, and code of conduct expected by the company.
 Reviewing title and assisting staff with changes and avoidance of future errors. Extensive curative work
 Extensive mapping. Mapping well plats from emergency well locator and tiff files on ODNR to tax maps and historical maps. Assisting crew in locating wells that may hold their property and teaching them to use the plats of the wells to check production status of their property. Teaching about Pugh Clauses and how to determine what part of the property is held when a Pugh Clause does exist.
 Identifying depth reservations and/or severances in Oil & Gas Leases and teaching how to identify current owners of the Working Interest and Overriding Royalties in the different depths. Assisting title examiners in following very difficult leasehold chains in which many or all depths sever and follow separate paths. In many cases, dealing with 90-150 marginals on original leases and teaching crew how to include all those documents in a chain and/or run sheet, as well as to identify the various severances and follow to present.
 Using old well names to identify and obtain leases for lease and/or well purchase for clients.
 Starting projects and closing out projects.

 Ran title work in the Marcellus Shale for an Oil and Gas Company and ensured all necessary documentation was provided with completed title packets.
 I have 2 years experience with Citrix system for online searches.
 Acting Crew Chief to cover time off of Crew Chief/Lead Abstractor.
 Running a Third Party Leasing Project to identify all leases on properties and identifying specific strata that leases covered within individual Units for drilling purposes.
