I have over 30+ years performing mineral and surface title. I can do title research from the patent of the property to present date, and then perform any curative needed to be done to get title correct. I have worked as a Profession Landman for companies such as EOG, Chesapeake, and Northstar Oil. I am able to furnish my clients with a complete package MOR (Mineral Owner of Record), LOR (Landowner of Record) and a complete title certification letter. I can understand title company runsheets and breakdown a runsheet in the most cost effective way. Saving time and money for the client. I can and have performed title research in over 18 different states and familiar with the county clerks office's and how they file records. I can work with index cards. I know how to read Tobin Maps and know also how to map out Metes and Bounds descripition, I am good with the TRC internet site. I presently am doing independant reports for numerous companies in the oil and gas industry
