Acquired property and/or coal the company needs for mining purposes either by lease or by purchasing the property from the property owner.
Set up a monthly presentation of current properties that I am trying to acquire for the company and make my presentation in a monthly planning meeting.
Take care, of all the negotiations between the company and the property owners.
Work with attorneys to provide a title search and a legal description for each of the properties I am trying to acquire for the company.
Record and keep a spreadsheet up to date on property taxes, unmined mineral taxes, bonds, and royalty calculations and payments.
Use AutoCad computer program to update both Surface Property and Mineral Property Control Maps.
