I have 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry. I have worked in many of the major oil and gas plays within Southern Illinois, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Due to the valuable reputation of my work ethics I have been able to work in the field, in-house and remotely on projects in multiple states and counties locating severed, divided, heirship, royalty and unknown interest, perform curative title, full mineral research, lease buying, title examination, sectional abstracting and verification of ownership and/or royalty interest. I prepare detailed reports securing documented proof sufficient to support an official decree of heirship, evidence of heirship submitted as numbered entries on easily understood genealogical charts which do not require a talented crypt-analyst to decipher their contents I also prepare runsheets, flowcharts, division interest reports, mineral and surface ownership reports, heirship affidavits, deed plotting and any additional documentation required for completion. I have exceptional computer and online research skills as well as advanced experience in Excel, Word, Adobe, RFFlow, Landboss, LandTech, Softpro, Excalibur and Mapdraw Deed Plotter. I have been extremely successful in projects that contained some of the most complicate searches involving heirships and missing interest and was commended by my supervisor, project manager and co-workers for handling difficult task that others lacked time or expertise to handle. I work with the utmost confidentiality, and conduct each project in a systematic and professional manner. I have confidence that with my knowledge, skills and determination I can locate mineral interest from any state, county or parrish. I am available to work remotely in order to cut project expense cost as well as in the field. I am incorporated, have workers compensation insurance and have been a active member of the AAPL for many years.
