Create Flow Charts, Runsheets, and Deed Plots. Title Curative, updating Title Opinions, Due Diligence; confirm Lease Hold and HBP issues. Create spreadsheets identifying and calculating Mineral Interest, Working Interest, and Net Revenue Interest. Communicate with Mineral Owners, Surface Owners, Crews, and Clients. Confirm surface ownership and map proposed Pipeline Orientation. Using various Software and instructions from the client I created Deed Plot Maps, Flow Charts and Excel Spreadsheets. With communications on a daily basis with multiple levels within the client base, we were able to fulfill all needs required to successfully complete said Pipeline ROW project within the critical time requirements.
