Skills and Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong business development and interpersonal skills • Able to prioritize and multi-task with excellent follow-through with clients, customers and vendors • Responsible member of the management team able to thrive and succeed in deadline driven environment • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel; Familiar with Yardi • Expertise in title searching, right of way and permitting for Oil and Gas+ Mineral Rights; Relocation, Acquisition • Possess the skills, knowledge and demeanour to perform all duties in property management, including: •Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial/industrial properties. •Plan, schedule , and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects •Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, deposits, payments, and incurred operating expenses. •Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. •Act as liaisons between on-site managers or tenants and owners. •Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information. •Market vacant space to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods. •Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties. •Maintain records of rental or usage activity, special permits, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability. •Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
