Hello, My name is Sean Norman and I am a contract landman residing in Midlothian, Texas. The following is a little information regarding my experience: Most of my experience is in running title, although I do have about 3 years of experience in both leasing and curative. I began running title in South Texas in January 2006 and have worked mainly all over Texas, with the bulk of the last 6 years in West Texas. I also have about 8 months experience working in Louisiana and another year in Kansas and Oklahoma. I believe in a team atmosphere, by that I mean I feel it is important for everyone to work together and accomplish the same goal. I feel that working in that type of environment allows everyone to grow personally as well as professionally. I have enough experience and initiative to take an assignment and run with it, with little to no direction.
