Mary Lou McGehee

Experienced Professional Landman

Seasoned professional Landman with over thirty years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. In fast-moving environments, we all do tasks outside our experience and functions. Everyone takes on new assignments and figures them out. I have always been one of those who willingly rolled up my sleeves and did things that were outside my expertise. Throughout my career, I have evaluated acquisitions, divestitures, and trade opportunities, built relationships with both surface and mineral owners, analyzed land data, cleared titles, negotiated joint operating agreements, contracts, and solutions, conducted title curative activities, due diligence, and managed multi-million dollar lease acquisition projects. I am passionate about this industry, am able to formulate strategic decisions independently, and am a member of the AAPL and HAPL. I possess a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing and Merchandising.
