I have management experience in directing staff in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and also in a law office environment. I have performed in document management, drafting and recordation, update, maintaining and instructing personnel in database activities, title abstracting, title review, title supervision, and right-of-way land agent acquisition; and field office management on projects obtaining right-of-way for oil and gas FERC regulated pipeline projects, US Corp. of Engineer projects, midstream gathering pipeline projects, government roads and highways projects. I have consulted with and assisted corporate in-house counsel, as well as, local counsel in negotiations and preparation for condemnation cases. I am a certified paralegal nationwide and have been a Notary Public in multiple states; currently a Texas Notary Public and hold TREC license. I continue to enhance my experience by obtaining continuing legal education hours and attending oil & gas related seminars. I am a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and the Mississippi local chapter, National Association of Paralegals and the Mississippi Paralegal Association; currently sitting on the Executive Board.
