Zayo Group is seeking a Right of Way/Underlying Rights Manager to manage its underlying rights in the Northeastern Region of the United States and Eastern Canada. Scope of work includes a variety of legal, business and operational matters including contract negotiation, management of ongoing network agreements, large project management, permitting support, vendor management, cost reduction, and other misc. duties working directly with the General Counsel and other senior Zayo staff. We are seeking an exceptionally strong, highly motivated, intensely organized candidate who brings expertise and energy.
