Description

This position is responsible for managing and cultivating our company's relationships with its customers as well as expanding and adding additional relationships and accounts. Primary focus will be on building long-term relationships and staying in constant communication with assigned customers on a regular basis.

DUTIES:

Operate as the point of contact for assigned Client accounts. Know your current and past customer's project and relationship history.

Cultivate and develop relationships with those assigned Client accounts. Continue appropriate communication with your customer - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly

Forecast and track client account metrics and revenue goals. Develop strategies for the constant progression of the company

Work to expand territories and new potential clients identified in an assigned region (as assigned)

Communicate with the Client PM regularly to discuss the current status of the account (i.e., any conversations on current projects, scope of work, project schedules, project costs, and plan action items and steps for addressing any needs or changes).

Communicate internally on a regualr basiswith the Business Development Manager with progress and updates. Address and report any customer concerns

Work with Business Development Manager to plan and execute ideas to reach and generate interest from desired customers and current customers (i.e., sponsored events, advertisements, client gifts, etc.)

Perform high level Account Management functions without direct supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate client needs with staff as well as listening and negotiating with clients

Time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously

Excellent presentation skills

Highly organized

Strong problem solving and analysis skills

Strong thoroughness and attention to detail

E&P industry experience highly preferred
